Abby

Client Care Coordinator

Abby joined our team as a Client Care Coordinator in October 2025, bringing her friendly approach and a strong work ethic. Abby’s hands-on experience working with animals began in high school, helping out at the practice where her mom worked as a veterinary technician. Inspired by her mom and a doctor at the clinic, she became eager to learn more about veterinary medicine and gain more experience in the field.

Abby is highly motivated and empathetic. One of her favorite aspects of her role is the connections she makes daily with new clients. She is passionate about helping clients and their pets, and believes active listening is a critical element of exceptional veterinary medicine. Abby is thrilled to be part of a team of people who share her commitment to compassionate care, sharing, “all the individuals are incredibly welcoming and deeply care for the patients they are working with.”

Education

Bachelor of Science, Biology: Physiology, Chemistry Minor, University of Washington

Associate of Science and Associate of Arts, Olympic College

Volunteer Work

Outside of work, Abby volunteers with the Children’s Center, an organization that promotes community-based mental health services for children and their families. She has also volunteered with the Washington FFA Vet Science competition, an event for people interested in pursuing a career in veterinary medicine that assesses participants on skills including breed, equipment, and parasite identification.

Home Life

In her free time, Abby enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling to new places. She shares her space with Espresso Martini, her Siamese-mix, who is highly motivated by food and spends most afternoons birdwatching from the window.
