We would love to see you and your pet, and we’re happy to book an appointment for you at Rainier Veterinary Hospital. If you are a new client, please use our New Client Registration Form to schedule your first appointment.

A few notes about appointments:

  • This is not an automatic process. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm a date and time that is as close to your request as possible.
  • This form should only be used for requesting appointments that will take place at least seven (7) full business days after the time of the submission of this form.
  • We are experiencing an unprecedented number of appointment requests at this time, so we may not be able to accommodate any last minute requests for you and your pet. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  • If you do not hear from our team within 48 hours, please feel free to contact the practice by phone: (206) 324-4144. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that a potential delayed response might have.
  • If you need to make any adjustments to your pet’s schedule, please call us: (206) 324-4144. We are happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations – Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a call  at least 24-hours prior to your appointment so we can try to accommodate other patients.

We recognize unforeseen circumstances and schedule conflicts may arise. We understand and are always happy to waive a missed appointment or same-day cancellation the first time it happens, however, for any future missed or same-day cancellations, a $40 cancellation fee will be applied to your next visit. To avoid this charge, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24-hours prior to your visit.  Thank you for helping us provide quality care to all our patients.

Tardiness – Our team is often on a very tight schedule so we can ensure we have the appropriate amount of time for each of our client’s needs. In addition, we continue to have a waitlist for clients needing to be seen. Clients arriving 10 minutes past their appointed time will either receive an abbreviated visit, or their visit will be rescheduled, according to the doctor’s time restrictions. Please be aware that when you arrive late, clients being seen after your pet’s appointment are forced to wait.
