Dr. Jenna Brandkamp
DVM
Dr. Jenna Brandkamp joined our team as a DVM in February 2025, bringing a deep commitment to providing exceptional care and working collaboratively with her team. She is fear-free certified and passionate about being an advocate for animals and improving pets’ lives through effective, compassionate veterinary care.
Dr. Brandkamp began working with animals as a veterinary assistant before completing her doctorate program and joining our practice. She plans to become certified in acupuncture for small animals and continue to advance her surgical skills.
She believes every person in the equation plays a vital role in veterinary medicine and enjoys being part of a team where she can both teach and learn from others. “I like coming to work and knowing that every day will be different and exciting,” she shared. “And I love going to work knowing that I can make a difference in people’s and animals’ lives.”

Home Life
When she’s not at Rainier Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Brandkamp enjoys crafting and relaxing. She loves playing card games, crocheting, and creating custom embroidery designs. She lives with Marshy, her orange and white affectionate cat who enjoys giving snuggles and kisses. She is also a proud auntie to Poppy, the sassy mini Australian Labradoodle who greets houseguests with shoes, and Moe, a black and white domestic long hair cat who loves food so much he will scream for it.
