Junnah
Veterinary Assistant
Junnah joined the Rainier Veterinary Hospital team in March 2025, bringing with her a lifelong love for animals, a passion for learning, and a strong commitment to veterinary medicine. A pre-veterinary student at the University of Washington, she is currently pursuing her B.S. in General Biology and will graduate in June 2025.
“I’ve loved animals since before I could walk, and I’ve known I wanted to be a vet since I was five years old,” Junnah shared. Her early passion turned into action through years of hands-on volunteering at Seattle Humane, where she supported the vet clinic, organized food drives, and learned the ins and outs of animal care and behavior.
At Rainier Vet, Junnah is eager to deepen her clinical experience and is especially drawn to small animal emergency medicine, which she hopes to specialize in one day. She’s fascinated by the challenge of treating patients who can’t speak, learning to interpret body language, behavior, and subtle cues to ensure their well-being.
Junnah brings a strong work ethic, integrity, and a team-focused mindset to every shift. She believes in the power of clear communication to resolve misunderstandings with clients and sees every challenge as a chance to learn and grow.
