Kenzie

Kenzie joined the Rainier Veterinary Hospital team as a Veterinary Assistant in October 2024, following her certification and deep, lifelong connection with animals. From Carnation, Wash., Kenzie grew up on a cattle farm with cows, ducks, pigs, chickens, dogs, and cats. Her experience with animals influenced her veterinary career, which she hopes to lead to becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician.

Learning something new every day from the doctors who are eager and willing to teach is what Kenzie loves the most about this work. She’s especially interested in dentistry and lab work and thrives working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

It’s important to Kenzie that clients feel heard, and the necessary research is done to make the best decisions for their pet.  A hard worker and team player, Kenzie uses all her resources to problem-solve, delegate, and communicate effectively.

Home Life

Kenzie has a lab/pit mix named Ryder, who has a big head and loves to lick everyone! Her hobbies include singing, music, reading, outdoor adventures, and helping at her family’s farm.
