Rachel

Rachel joined Rainier Veterinary Hospital as a Client Care Coordinator in June 2026. Her open communication style, friendly personality, and superb listening skills make her a wonderful addition to our team! Rachel knew from a young age that she wanted to work with animals, and for a long time, her goal was to become a vet tech. Once she entered the field, she discovered her passion for customer service. She realized she loves working in a client care role within a veterinary practice, where she gets the best of both worlds — helping both pets and pet owners get the attention they need. 

Rachel is a team player with a big heart and deep love for animals. Her dedication to helping clients and her team is evident in her collaborative approach and compassionate nature. That warmth is easy to spot in the way she talks about the pets she meets each day. “I absolutely love seeing all the different breeds and personalities that come through the door,” she shared. “My heart gets so full when I see their cute faces.” Rachel is thrilled to work alongside so many kind people who share her passion for pets and her commitment to helping patients thrive!

Volunteer Work

Outside of work, Rachel volunteers with We Love Our City in Federal Way whenever she can. 

Home Life

In her free time, Rachel enjoys baking, singing, and playing pool. She also loves to paint, including acrylic, watercolors, and diamond painting. She lives with her sweet Beagle/Hack Russell mix, Howie, who she describes as a big goofball, but also a kind, good boy.
