Associate Veterinarian

Come be a part of a team that is dedicated to fostering and growing veterinarian-owned practices across the Puget Sound region.

The new state-of-the-art Rainier Veterinary Hospital is now open and we are growing. We are seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our progressive, community-based team.

Serving the Seattle area for more than 90 years, Rainier Veterinary Hospital offers the highest standards of care in a welcoming, down-to-earth environment. Our team treats our clients’ pets as they would their own—with patience, understanding, and a caring touch.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated individual who is looking for long-term and stable employment with a respected and established veterinary practice. This is a great opportunity for an experienced veterinarian, or for a new graduate, as you will be joining a team of experienced veterinarians with the potential for three-days a week of surgery mentorship.

We are also committed to providing you with the tools and resources you need to do your job to the best of your ability. Our equipment includes a dental lab, digital radiography, cold laser, mobile ultrasound and more. Our technicians and assistants are extremely well trained and can place central lines, NG tubes and urinary catheters, measure CVPs, and perform accurate differentials in house. Our practice also has an established management team including in-house marketing and Infinity and inventory support.

We emphasize ongoing learning and growth for all levels of employees with paid CE including dental labs for our doctors and funding a licensed veterinary technician program for support staff through Penn Foster.

Join us and come experience the beauty of Seattle while enjoying all the Pacific Northwest has to offer!

We promise to support and foster the following core values:

QUALITY: Committed to quality veterinary medicine and client service through smart sensible solutions.

AUTHENTICITY:  Provide open, honest, and real communications with each other and clients.

INTEGRITY:  Committed to staying true to our convictions and taking responsibility for our actions.

TEAM PLAYERS:  United in our common mission and our acceptance of others.

ADAPTABILITY:  Dedicated to the success of our team and are committed to always learning, growing, and improving to ensure success for all
