Veterinary Assistant, VMC
Simon joined Rainier Veterinary Hospital as a veterinary assistant in 2013 and has grown to become the anchor of our ever-expanding team. His work in this field is truly a natural progression of his childhood days growing up on a farm in Michigan. In his youth, Simon raised and trained quarter horses, became a local leader in the 4-H and earned plenty of hands-on experience at his step-father’s veterinary practice. Simon’s passion for pets drives him to work every day and we are so lucky to have him on our team.
“I truly love all the pets I see each and every day, but what keeps me coming back is all the amazing cats,” shared Simon.
Home Life
In Simon’s downtime, he enjoys gardening, camping and hiking with his partner of more than 20 years. Together, they are proud pet parents of their cat Noel.
